Thanksgiving Special

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Truth be told, I did not usually ‘celebrate’ this holiday. Yes, we did eat turkey and pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving as normal families do, but I had never been so thankful like I am this year, so I have to say that this year’s Thanksgiving is really dear and special to me.

Why? Well, this year, I’ve faced more troubles than I had ever done in previous years. Every day, I am haunted and terrified, thinking what will happen on the next day. I even experienced something that I would have never imagined in my life. Even so, this year also, I have met a lot of people who love and care about me. They comfort me in time of need and this is what I am thankful for. Remember, one true friend is better than 1,000 of fake ones.

So, before we move on to our Turboranger topic, please let me thank all my family and friends, who have been really nice to me, despite of my worthlessness. Trust me; no word can ever describe how thankful I am to you all.

Anyway, let’s move on to our weekly article. Looks like this month, Haruna is really shining through, considering I’ve been writing about her for 3 weeks in a row now. This week, I will write a short story instead of an article. I hope you will like it.

That day, Haruna was bored. She did not have anything to do, so she decided to walk around the beach. Much to her surprise, she suddenly spot something shiny buried in the sand. Wondering what it was, she came closer to it, kneeled down, and took the shiny thing out. It was a magic fairy lamp! She rubbed the lamp gently and a fairy flew out of it. She told Haruna that she had been sealed inside the lamp by a dreadful monster and how thankful she was to Haruna for freeing her out. As a reward, the fairy promised Haruna that she would grant her 3 wishes. At first, Haruna refused the offer, saying that she already had everything she needed, but the fairy forced her to still make 3 wishes. Having no choice, Haruna finally made her first wish…
She wished you all a very happy Thanksgiving day! She hoped that you all would have a great time with your family and friends. How nice of her, right? But as expected from Haruna, I must say.

As for her 2 last wishes… I will leave it to you to imagine it. Remember, the sky’s the limit. As for me, I think she would wish for her family’s and friends’ happiness, as well as… a boyfriend, I guess? She is just an ordinary girl after all~ (^-^)

Okay, guys. This is our last article of the month. See you again next week. But before I leave, I want to make 2 quick little announcements:

  • As I mentioned in the Updates article, the Gokaiger movie DVD, Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle, is available to purchase now! If you’re Satou Kenta’s fans, you will not want to miss his action in this movie. Here is the Amazon site to purchase your own copy. Yes, the price is rather expensive, but the DVD comes with the Legend cards, so I think it’s worth every penny for all of you collectors and Tokusatsu fans out there! Special thanks to Pippi, my dear friend for this valuable information.
  • Second, I would like to thank you all so much for visiting this site! I just realized that the number of visitors has increased for the past two months, and what interesting is the fact that I have got more and more visitors from Japan! ^^; Anyway, I will do my best to improve the quality of this blog as time goes by. Thanks again!
    • このサイトを訪問してくれたありがとうございます!もっともっと日本からのビジターもらって、びっくりしたです。とにかく、これからも、がんばります!もう一度ありがとう、皆さん!

Haruna’s Wardrobes

This is the sequel of my Haruna’s Disguises article. I had a lot of fun writing about this, I even made a paper-doll out of her clothes (^.^)

  • School Uniforms. The clothes she wears at school. This includes her regular school uniforms, cheerleading uniforms, and sport attire.
    • Winter uniform: Black long-sleeve shirt sailor style, red scarf tie, black skirt, white socks, black shoes.
    • Summer uniform: White short-sleeve shirt sailor style, red scarf tie, black skirt, white socks, black shoes.
    • Cheerleading uniform 1: White collar shirt, white jacket, white skirt, white socks, white shoes.
    • Cheerleading uniform 2: Red hat, red dress, white boots.
    • Sport uniform.
  • Pink Uniforms. The clothes she wears out of school. To be honest, I am a little confused that she, as a girl, does not feel disgusted wearing the same clothes again and again. Yes, she probably washes it at home after she wears it, but come on… does she not have another cloth to wear while this one is being washed?
    • Winter uniform 1: White collar shirt, black belt, white skirt, pink jacket, pink socks, white shoes.
    • Winter uniform 2: White button shirt, white belt, mini white pants, pink jacket (optional), white socks, white shoes.
    • Summer uniform: Pink collar T-shirt, white belt, square-pattern short pants, pink socks, white shoes.
  • Pink Turbo Uniform. The one she wears on the battle.
  • Others.The rest of the clothes that have not been listed yet. Both of these are only worn about once/twice throughout the series. What funny about it is the fact that both of these clothes are not pink. I guess she, too, is kind of sick wearing pink ^_^;
    • Jog suit: Blue long-sleeve shirt, blue long pants, white shoes.
    • Swimsuit.

So, I guess those are it. I did not miss anything, did I? Well, if I did, I would update this page again in the future. In the mean time, I hope you’ll enjoy today’s article as much as I do.

Japanese Version

Good afternoon, everyone.

I’ve been thinking… Having two languages on one blog is quite a hassle, isn’t it? And it’s confusing too.
So… I’m planning to make a Japanese version of this Turboranger fan blog instead. I don’t know when I will start making it and launch it, but I will definitely do it!

Having said that, starting today, this blog is going to be 100% written in English as it used to be. I will put all the Japanese version on the new site once I make one. However, the Japanese updates that I did so far can still be accessed here until the new site is launched.

That’s all for now and thank you so much for taking time visiting this blog and reading it.
